Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join a team as a Site Co-ordinator in awell-established business specialising in the fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance ofvarious types of pipework. As a Site Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing andmanaging projects on-site, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.Responsibilities:• Co-ordinate and oversee daily site activities related to pipework fabrication, installation, repair,and maintenance projects.• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure project goals, timelines, and standards are met.• Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimise projectefficiency and productivity.• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions tomaintain project timelines and budgets.• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for allpersonnel on-site.• Supervise and provide guidance to site teams, including pipework technicians, welders, andother relevant personnel.• Communicate effectively with the team on site and in the office to address any project-relatedconcerns and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation when requested.• Assist in the implementation of project plans and schedules.Requirements:• Possession of a valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.• Valid driving license.• Prior experience in coordinating or supervising pipework fabrication, installation, repair, ormaintenance projects is highly desirable.• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safeworking environment.• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work within tight deadlines.• Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a strong team player.Working Hours and Benefits:• This position is a full-time, Monday to Friday role.• Working hours are from 08:00 to 16:30 (Monday-Thursday) / 08:00 to 14:00 (Friday).• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.
