Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Must have at least 5 years fully qualified experience.

Provide technical support to customers, other FANUC UK employees, suppliers and other FANUC subsidiaries
Program Robots and Robomachines
Provide support in the design of Robotic and Robomachine concepts for FANUC UK Sales
Organise and provide training to customers and FANUC UK staff
Supervise other employees, apprenticesand contractors
Provide sales support (customers visits, trials and demonstrations)
Have excellent customer
Assist all other departments as required
Travel extensively within the UK and occasionally abroad.
Carry out other related duties as required.
Responsible to the Technical manager for overall performance

Your profile:

Formal qualifications and experience in electro-mechanical engineering
Be determined to get the job done and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and resilient to an always changing role
Experience, technical understanding and knowledge of installation, commissioning and programming of automation
CAD and offline programming/simulation knowledge
Demonstrate knowledge of engineering principles, practices and methods, environmental regulations, workplace safety and employee/contractor supervision
Good problem analysis, resolution and documentation skills
Honesty and trustworthy
Flexible
Demonstrate high quality work ethic
Be punctual and respectful

You may be required:

To provide assistance in other departments.
Travel within the UK and abroad.
