Job Description

Our machine range includes a number of Robots, Cutting, Drilling and Injection moulding machines, laser, motors and control systems used in automation.FANUC UK Limited objectives

  • £100M turnover annually
  • 1,000 units annually
  • Grow to 50% market share
Key Responsibilities:
  • Must have at least 5 years fully qualified experience.
  • Provide technical support to customers, other FANUC UK employees, suppliers and other FANUC subsidiaries
  • Program Robots and Robomachines
  • Provide support in the design of Robotic and Robomachine concepts for FANUC UK Sales
  • Organise and provide training to customers and FANUC UK staff
  • Supervise other employees, apprenticesand contractors
  • Provide sales support (customers visits, trials and demonstrations)
  • Have excellent customer
  • Assist all other departments as required
  • Travel extensively within the UK and occasionally abroad.
  • Carry out other related duties as required.
  • Responsible to the Technical manager for overall performance
Your profile:
  • Formal qualifications and experience in electro-mechanical engineering
  • Be determined to get the job done and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and resilient to an always changing role
  • Experience, technical understanding and knowledge of installation, commissioning and programming of automation
  • CAD and offline programming/simulation knowledge
  • Demonstrate knowledge of engineering principles, practices and methods, environmental regulations, workplace safety and employee/contractor supervision
  • Good problem analysis, resolution and documentation skills
  • Honesty and trustworthy
  • Flexible
  • Demonstrate high quality work ethic
  • Be punctual and respectful
You may be required:
  • To provide assistance in other departments.
  • Travel within the UK and abroad.
