Job Description

Are you an experienced HR professional Do you have experience working with a high volume of data I have an exciting opportunity available with a leading aerospace manufacturer who are looking for a Human Resource Data and Reporting Coordinatorto join them on a full time and permanent basis. This position will oversee and take responsibility for administration reporting, policies and processes, system maintenance and contract management.   • Keep up to date with UK employment law and ensure our documents, contracts, policies and procedures are fit for purpose and in line with legislation. You will be the responsible owner of our annual HR policy review in partnership with the Site HR Managerand internal quality team.
  • Support audits related to HR process, procedure and systems.
  • Review and update core HR processes, procedures and systems, looking for opportunities to improve ways of working, policies, and opportunities to reduce unnecessary administration
  • Support the HR Generalist team with maintaining data integrity and processing of employee data for key processes such as the annual performance review, salary & bonus reviews.
  • Support the Site HR Manager to develop a regular “run the business” meeting and reporting tool that contains key KPIs, statistics and people related data
Human Resource Data and Reporting CoordinatorEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a HR Operations role or HR Administration position
  • Must have advanced Excel skills to support the HR team with a variety of reporting and data requirements.
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience with the ability to influence at all levels, from shop floor to senior management
  • Power Bi experience is advantageous
