A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading utilities company as Customer Centre Administrator based in Coventry, CV7 9JU. This is a temporary, full-time 37 hour working role within a call centre environment. Your shifts will be publishedin advance. The hourly rate is £12.45 per hour. Opportunities to secure a permanent contract after 6 months.The working hours are:5 days a week, 8 hours a day between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00Overtime opportunities may also be available.Start date will be 4th of December 2023. Training will be 4-6 weeks, Monday-Thursday, 08:00am-16:00pm and Friday 08:00am-15:30pm with a view of going on to a shift pattern as soon as signed off.Your training will be based at their brand-new purpose-built building located on Ansty Park in Coventry.You will be responding to the incoming calls to customer enquiries team. A customer service background is ideal, however, as long as you display the right attitude and willing to learn, we would love to hear from you!
