The RoleThe role of Additive Manufacturing Technician will involve supporting the manufacturing process from job request through to delivery of components on polymer additive manufacturing systems, including but not limited to:Additive Build PreparationMachine operationPost processingOperation of manufacturing/research processesMaterial Handling General maintenance and troubleshootingLiaising with engineers to resolve any issuesThe PersonThe successful candidate for the role of Additive Manufacturing Technician will have/be:Hand tool or workshop experience Sound engineering knowledge desirableGood problem-solving attitude Understanding of quality requirements Team workerKnowledge of materialise magics is desirable Experience in Additive Manufacturing industry is desirable including;SLSFDMMaterial Jetting SLAModelling or CAD experience desirableEquality, diversity, and inclusion are integral to everything that we do.
