  • Support the vision and strategic direction of Arc School Ansley by providing outstanding pastoral care that reduces barriers to learning.
  • Enable outstanding progress and attainment by ensuring that attendance of all pupil groups is good and takes into account their needs and experiences.
  • Lead the pastoral care of all pupil groups through the promotion and co-ordination of effective teamwork leading to high standards
  • Be accountable to the Senior Leadership Team for the safety and attendance of learners within Arc School Ansley.
