Established since the early 1990`s and grown organically they now employ over 200 employees and provide a market leading service to SME`s and larger corporate clients alike.Duties for the role of Collections Executive: Making outbound calls to customers who are in arrears with a view to making a one call resolution Taking payments over the telephone Dealing with inbound calls regarding overdue accounts Handling inbound general customer service queries regarding existing agreements Issuing copy invoices, statements, and any other paperwork as and where applicableExperience required for the Collections Executive: Previous knowledge of Collections, Credit Control or Debt Collection would be advantageous Must have an excellent telephone manner Great team player and used to working under pressureWorking hours and Benefits package:Working hours are, Monday - Friday 9.00am -5.30 pm Onsite parking Holiday buy back scheme 4 days extra holiday from 5 years Death in Service insurance Discounted gym membership Dress down days Close between Christmas and New Year Cash plan scheme with BHSF
