Our client has an immediate need for a Temporary to Permanent Administration to join their team. This role is fully office basedThe purpose of the role is to support the team with all administration duties. Attention to detail is very important as this role will include raising and sending documentation to our customers and/or suppliers via various different methodsThe role will include problem solving both internally & externally. The candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask well.Some telephone work will be required to make contact with our customers and suppliers.Responsibilities To assist in supporting the Operations team by accurately creating and sending documentation to our customers and suppliers Help and support members of the Operations team to manage a portfolio of Suppliers/Customers in various different duties Have a good understanding of various portals in order to process documentation Complete internal checks and searches via various search engines Be able to check a document in full and all paperwork requirements to process a deal for pay out To be competent and confident in all relevant products offered i.e. Purchase Agency, Stage payment and be able to check documentation in accordance with these products Excellent understanding of all relevant policies The ability to help resolve queries effectively Calculate and input figures into a systemQualifications/ExperiencePrevious administration or Operational roles would be desirableGCSE or above qualificationsEssential Team work Good problem solving and organisational skills Good communication skills and telephone manner (Internally & Externally) All Operations Administrator Duties To ensure that the companys vision and values are upheld when dealing with staff/customers and third parties Enthusiastic Dynamic Good time keepingHours : Mon - Thurs 9.00 am - 5.30 pm and 9.00 am - 5.00 pm on a Friday Salary £19000 - £21,000 DOE Ref: Hollyfield Personnel do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
