Home to over 350 memorials, including the nationally-important Armed Forces Memorial, it remembers the service and sacrifice of those who have served and continueto serve our country. The 150-acre site features around 30,000 maturing trees and an abundance of wildlife. If so, then we would like you hear from you .The RoleWe are looking for an exceptional manager to lead the National Memorial Arboretum Foodservices Team. You will manage all areas of activity in the Restaurant, Coffee Shop and Aspects Events Centre; be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of foodand service delivery for our visitors; optimise the financial contribution across all catering service outlets; and ensure compliance of Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation.The National Memorial Arboretum celebrated its 20th Anniversary earlier this year and currently welcomes over 300,000 visitors each year. The Foodservices Team provide catering across multiple outlets including a 280 cover self-serve restaurant, table waitedfunctions up to 500 attendees, barista served coffee shop, pop up food outlets within the grounds of the Arboretum and hospitality.
