Full Time, 35 hours per weekSalary: £23,800 to £25,500 gross per annumAbout The National Memorial ArboretumThe Arboretum is the UKs year-round centre of Remembrance and part of The Royal British Legion. Home to over 350 memorials, including the nationally-important Armed Forces Memorial, it remembers the service and sacrifice of those who have served and continueto serve our country. The 150-acre site features around 30,000 maturing trees and an abundance of wildlife. Each year the Arboretum welcomes around 300,000 visitors, many of whom attend one of the 200+ events which take place across the site.In March 2017, the National Memorial Arboretum formally opened its new award-winning Remembrance Centre.Our Values and BehavioursDoes the following describe you

If so then we would like you hear from you .The RoleWe are looking for an experienced individual to become a key member of our Visitor Services team, where you will help us to provides excellent customer service. You will support the Visitor Services & Retail Manager to plan and deliver a range of strategicinitiatives to create a world-class inspirational setting that is freely open to all. To manage the daily operations of the Visitor Services team to deliver exceptional experiences and to achieve income against agreed targets. To ensure that all visitor serviceoperations are carried out in accordance with the Arboretums health and safety, wellbeing, and security protocols.You will have experience of customer facing roles within a leisure environment or visitor attraction, you will have the ability to supervise staff and volunteers.
