Job Description

.Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a Fixed-Term Contract with Part-Time hours Blusource Recruitment have teamed up with a well established business north west of Derby, easily commutable from Belper, Uttoxeter and Ashbourne.What you will do:

  • Respond to customer parts inquiries
  • Process parts orders for UK and international customers
  • Create and maintain shipping documents
  • Dispatch and track parts internationally
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on their orders
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and online requests
What you will have:
  • Highly experienced in administrative activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and strong time management abilities
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised
