  • Job title; Senior Residential Support Worker
  • Permanent full-time opportunity (40 hours weekly)

Key responsibilities
  • Performing household duties such as cooking, cleaning, laundry and encouraging the children to keep their rooms tidy
  • To use the home as a model to support and develop the social skills of young people
  • To care for children when they are ill and, where necessary, administer medicines, drugs, and treatment under the guidance of the childs medical practitioner
  • To organise and supervise recreational and leisure activities both in and out of the home to provide the children with an exciting and stimulating life
Essential Criteria
  • Must have their NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Have at least 2 years experience within Residential Childcare and working alongside young people
  • Must have full UK work rights
