Cloud Recruit has partnered with an industry leading provider of residential childrens services, were seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join this growing team based in Acocks Green.   • Job title; Senior Residential Support Worker
  • Permanent full-time opportunity (40 hours weekly)

Key responsibilities
  • Performing household duties such as cooking, cleaning, laundry and encouraging the children to keep their rooms tidy
  • To use the home as a model to support and develop the social skills of young people
  • To care for children when they are ill and, where necessary, administer medicines, drugs, and treatment under the guidance of the childs medical practitioner
  • To organise and supervise recreational and leisure activities both in and out of the home to provide the children with an exciting and stimulating life
Essential Criteria
  • Must have their NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Have at least 2 years experience within Residential Childcare and working alongside young people
  • Must have full UK work rights
