Project Manager.Norfolk.£basic up to £58k per annum DOEMonday to Friday, Full time Office based.Due to the growth and expansion of one of our Clients based in Norfolk - we have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Project Manager/Project Engineer to join a busy, friendly team of Project Managers. Reporting to the Program Manager your main purpose will be to provide leadership and efficiency in the execution of projects and develop, implement, and manage customer projects from the concept right through to the completion.Responsibilities include the delivery of projects on time, within budget and within scope, while monitoring progress and reporting to key stakeholders.The successful candidate will work directly with clients, coordinate internal teams and functions, and manage third parties.The right candidate for this position is an efficient, goal-oriented Project Manager with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and staying within budget, ideally with experience in Manufacturing, Automotive or Engineering sectors.Key Responsibilities:* Develop a detailed project timing and resource plan, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and report progress* Manage, control and record changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs* Manage the relationships with client and stakeholders, including regular direct communication* Lead all relevant stakeholders in the definition of a clear, agreed project scope and targets* schedule* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and an orderly project environment, developing and maintaining consistency across projects* Use and continually develop leadership and people management skillsKey Skills and Relevant Experience* Expertise in project management of the whole life cycle of projects from order to final delivery* Capability to liaise with clients, sub-vendors, Engineers, Buyers to discuss and resolve technical, production and commercial issues relating to agreed output.* Previous experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing / engineering industry* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project planning software* Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experienceIf you are a Project Manager/Project Engineer who is looking for a new chapter and would like to join innovative and forward-thinking company - we would like to hear from you!
