Food Production OperativesAttleborough, NorfolkFull Time, PermanentSalary: £22000 - £26000 DOEWe are currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives to work for a growing food company based near Attleborough, Norfolk. This is a full time, permanent position, where you will be employed directly from day 1 and you will be joining a business that looksafter their employees and shows genuine interest in every person working for the company.The purpose of this role is to carry out the production and packaging of poultry products in a chilled environment. You will work as a part of a small flexible team, working together to meet business needs and will perform variety of duties within differentdepartments.Previous production experience/background is advantageous, but not necessary as all training will be provided.Own transport is necessary due to the location and shift pattern.Working hours:Monday to Friday, 6am to 2.30pm-3.00pm with all breaks paid.Overtime is paid at x1.5 after 39 hours per week and overtime is available during weekdays and some weekends but is not compulsory.Weekly paid attendance bonus.Pay rate: Salary between £22,000 and £26,000 per year, dependant on previous experience and skillset.Benefits:Additional leave, Company events, Employee discount, Free parking, On-site parking.Day shift only, Monday to Friday, Attendance Bonus, Overtime available.Requirements:No previous experience necessary as all training will be provided.Must have access to own transport to be able to get to and from work.
