They drive adoption of improved and innovative technology tocreate a seamless experience for the BT Global sales and commercial teams and customers. This covers a range of technology across both Transform and Operate propositions in order to realise the technology requirements and further optimise the functions byreducing the total cost of technology over time.Your Accountabilities Strategic Technology Roadmap: Translate the managed Sales and Commercial proposition and IT vision and high-level strategy into a detailed IT strategy and set of technology solutions and improvements. Defining detailed strategies and roadmapscovering the breadth of manged service and enabling it to be mobilised into business cases downstream.Improvement Proposition: Collaborate with the Sales and Commercial Architecture and Engineering IT team to identify key opportunities to improve the ways of working through better use of technology by creating opportunities (cost/benefits cases)they can take forward. Investment Prioritisation: Input into the annual plan and capex plan to drive the IT strategy into reality, working with the Digital roadmap team to prioritise demand ensuring the business demand is delivered to achieve the highest return on investmentdriving the business objectives. Drive Adoption of Technology Initiatives or Innovation: Shape the digital technology approach for key deliverables, building the technology aspects of the business case, driving technology adoption and establishing the right digital and networksengagement to deliver best of bread IT solutions. Innovation: Analyse trends and market disruptions searching for emerging new technology horizons and keeping in step with how this will drive opportunity/changes into our business.
