The City & Capital Group are delighted to be representing a highly respected and fast-growing Insurtech provider who have engaged our services in order to appoint a professional and ambitious Country CEO to their growing team in the UK. The ideal individual will take responsibility for business development within the UK business via the creation and implementation of an effective high-growth strategy leveraging B2B and B2B2C distribution channels for new, existing and acquired product portfolios.Our Client offers a broad range of innovative and technology led general insurance products distributed via broker and partnerships channels.The role will be focussed on developing and achieving commercial objectives for the UK business to build significant capital value in the medium to long term, whilst achieving profitable trading on an ongoing basis. You will define the business strategy for the UK and overall go to market approach in addition to researching and identifying new acquisitions, partnerships and strategic alliances.The salary on offer is between £130k - £170k for the ideal individual which will be complemented by an annual bonus, LTIP, pension and an executive benefits package.
