Electrical Project Manager£45,000 - £50,000 + Car + Bonus + BenefitsYorkshireAre you an Electrician by trade with some experience managing/supervising commercial projects Are you looking for a business you can stay with long term and have some stability Are you looking for a business that invests in its employees, funding themthrough various courses and qualifications to help better the business My client is a family run M&E Contractor and want to hear from you.As Electrical Project Manager, you will manage commercial and residential projects from cradle to grave ranging from £50k to £2million in value. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the clients satisfaction. Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:• Work closely with the design and estimating teams• Procurement of labour / materials• Oversee a team of electricians / engineers• Ensure on-site health & safety is adhered to via frequent risk assessments• Oversee testing and inspection• Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricingThe successful candidate will likely have experience managing Commercial and/or Residential to the value of at least £200k.
