Leading the design and implementation of financial control frameworks
Ensure consistency in financial reporting across the organisation
Direct risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Oversee internal and external audit processes
Contribute to the strategic planning and financial forecasting
Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators
Ensure all financial operations comply with relevant regulations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team

ProfileA successful Group Internal Controls Manager should have:

A professional qualification in accounting or finance (ACA/ACCA)
Proven experience in a similar role within the business services industry
Excellent understanding of financial control frameworks and risk management (SOX ideally)
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
Proficient knowledge of regulatory requirements in the business services sector

Job OfferThe Group Internal Controls Manager will receive:

A competitive salary, ranging between £70,000 - £85,000 per annum
Bonus potential, up to 15% of base salary
A car allowance of £6,000
