Want to make a difference to the lives of women and girls We do too.Netball plays a huge part in the social, physical and mental wellbeing of thousands of women and girls across the country and we need amazing individuals, now more than ever, to help return them to court. Join us and play a crucial role in rebuilding our sport following the impact of the pandemic.Your role as Netball Development Officer will be to grow the game and make the experience of those already involved as brilliant as possible. You will build and develop a network to help you achieve this. You will work with volunteers to help clubs and leagues to return to court. You will deliver and work with partners to deliver our award-winning participation programmes including Back to Netball, Walking Netball and Bee Netball. You will support coaches, officials and volunteers and lead local communications. And once Netball is thriving again, you will be part of our ambitious new ten-year plan, the Adventure Strategy, which will undoubtedly take the sport to the next level. We’ve also got the Commonwealth Games on the horizon in Birmingham next year! It’s an exciting time to start your career with England Netball.We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic individuals who can easily build relationships with a wide range of people. If you are organised, able to prioritise and have excellent communication skills this could be the role for you.
