Job Description

Candidates who apply must have experience within criminal law.The role:

  • You will advise police and other investigators on casework and evidence requirement for a wide range of offences.
  • You will review case files and charging decisions, providing legal advice on cases to be presented in both magistrates and crown courts making the decisions on whether prosecutions should proceed.
  • You will have the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-skilled team.
Essentials:
  • Law degree.
  • Valid practicing certificate for England or Wales.
  • Experience in Criminal Law.
  • Excellent verbal, written and empathy skills.
Desirables:
  • Experience in a crown court.
