Client DetailsA fast growing not for profit organisation who serves a real purposeDescriptionAs a Marketing Manager, you will help to implement branding and marketing collateral across the business as well as develop campaigns. You will also help to raise the profile of the organisation and drive events.You will line manager a small team and help to shape all marketing activity across the business on a local and national basis across the UK.You will be working with various stakeholders, customers and partners. This is a great opportunity so please apply ASAP!Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of all branding and lead the creation and development of all marketing collateral, including websites for the business and internal customers.
  • Manage the delivery of collateral, content, and marketing campaigns to support business development and bidding for new businesses
  • Support the team in the development and delivery of customer-based marketing collateral, activities, and campaigns, working collaboratively with colleagues to raise awareness of our services, brand, and office locations
  • Manage a programme of marketing activities and events in the localities/offices. Those services are provided across local communities to multiple audiences, with activation including the development of bespoke web pages, employer and customer open days,roadshows, and stakeholder/partner events
  • Represent the Marketing and Communications Team, building effective relationships across the business and with external suppliers and partners
  • Measure and evaluate the performance of marketing activities, and support the generation of research, insight, and intelligence to inform marketing development and decision making
  • Support digital and PR activities and campaigns when required
ProfileAs the Marketing Manager you will lead across a broad remit covering the full marketing mix
  • A proven track record of working across the full marketing mix and be able to demonstrate experience of developing, managing, and evaluating marketing campaigns, activities, and events
  • Experience of creating brands and raising brand awareness and market share
  • Experience of implementing brand and marketing collateral consistently across companies
  • Experience of generating and using market research and insight to develop activities and campaigns
  • Experience of managing and motivating people
  • Experience of working with senior leadership and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Ideally experience of digital campaigns and PR
