Property Maintenance Technician - YorkshireElevation are pleased to be partnering with this leading brand in house builders to recruit a Property Maintenance Technician to cover the Yorkshire Region*You will be responsible for covering all sites across the region, working with the internal customer support team to ensure all allocated jobs are completed. *You will respond to the specific job and customer needs and be responsible for a range of site maintenance including; Joinery, Plastering, Filing, Mastic, Painting etc. *You will ensure all remedial works are to a high standard and repairs are in line with NHBC standards*You will complete all relevant paperwork and keep check of van stockWhat specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require*Recent relevant experience as a maintenance technician in construction / housing *Experience in Joinery, Plastering, Filing, Mastic, Painting etc*Excellent time management*Full UK Driving Licence*Ability and Knowledge with all tools and machinery Elevation Recruitment focus on positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
