Job Description

Cobalt is representing a restaurant brand that has fast become one of the most recognisable brands in the UK today. Having grown substantially, they are now looking to hire their first Maintenance Manager for the North of England, reporting directly intothe Head of FM, and leading the provision of planned and reactive maintenance across the region.Within this home-based role youll have flexibility and the scope to drive forward your vision, alongside the chance to become an integral part of a growing team with opportunities for leadership and management as you grow alongside the business.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of restaurants from the Midlands to the North of England including regular site visits (at a time of your choosing)
  • Leading the proactive maintenance works for restaurant building fabric, plant, and kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, electric and gas, grills etc)
  • Managing your operational budget;
  • Liaising with store managers as to works needed etc;
  • Overseeing the work of external contractors for hard service provision;
  • Overseeing a programme of small works CAPEX projects from time to time;
  • Utilising the CAFM system to identify maintenance trends within the portfolio.
As this is a mobile role it is essential you hold a full UK Drivers Licence and have access to your own vehicle. Our client is looking for an individual with experience within the food and beverage industry and who is keen to apply that knowledge withina growing company. You will ideally have experience of ProNett but this is not essential.
