Job Description

This is a demanding yet rewarding role for an experienced Housing Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a small team and a number of schemes based across Yorkshire.Client DetailsThe client is a leading player in the property sector and looking to add a like minded individual into the organisation.Description

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
  • Handle tenant queries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-kept.
  • Monitor and report on property performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all property regulations and laws.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Implement strategies to maximise occupancy rates and rental income.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of property projects.
ProfileA successful Interim Housing Manager should have:
  • Proven experience in managing residential properties.
  • Strong knowledge of property regulations and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
