(PK6636)GLOBAL LOGISTICS / STOCKS / CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERYORKSHIRESalary Circa £35K (Flexibility for the Right Candidate) + Commission + Car / Car Allowance + PensionOur Client is a market leading company who specialise in branded garment / apparel packaging including: swing tickets, tags, woven labels, face masks etc. They are creative garment branding specialists, sourcing and distributing garment accessories globally. They have stockholding and service offices throughout the world and supply to many high-end fashion brands.They are now looking to recruit a Stocks and Customer Service Manager to join their teamThis job involves doing whatever it takes to keep their brands and vendors happy. This includes a wide range of tasks including booking freight globally, managing the team of 3 in the UK, ensuring goods are dispatched on time, answering emails from vendors requesting ready dates and resolving customer complaintsAttitude is everything in this role the client needs an amazing person who is hands on can handle pressure and issues as and when they can occur and someone who will be 100% responsible.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day running of Global offices / 4PL companies (India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Turkey, HK and China)
  • Manage team of 2 UK Customer Service specialists and 1 UK Warehouse Manager
  • Ensure Customer service inbox is cleared daily / Customers responded to.
  • Work with team to Oversee all vendor interactions (solving problems/queries)
  • Freight / carriage Management
  • Solving escalated queries / problems from customers directly
  • KPIs:
  • All customer Emails replied to same day
  • NPS Score of at least 75 for global vendors
  • Goods dispatched within specified leadtimes (24 hours if in stock)
  • Do a Daily team huddle with full team
  • 99% of orders shipped without issues / missing items / wrong items etc
  • Freight cost as % of Sales
