Job Description

Real Staffing has an exciting opportunity for an Interim Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Nurse Assessor to support an NHS Integrated Care Board in Yorkshire.About the Role:As an Interim CHC Nurse Assessor, you will play a crucial role in assessing the healthcare needs of individuals to determine their eligibility for NHS Continuing Healthcare funding. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, working closely with multidisciplinaryteams and service users to ensure fair and accurate evaluations.Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
  • Minimum 1 years experience as a CHC Nurse Assessor
  • Sound knowledge of NHS Continuing Health care principles, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to travel within the Yorkshire region on a weekly basis
