Badenoch and Clark have been engage to source a Permanent Asset Surveyor to assist them with their growth strategy and investment in the existing housing stock. Working in the Planned Maintenance team you will be involved in Capital Works Projects from the planning pre-construction phase right though to project finalisation. The duties are as follows:*Managing cyclical programmes of work including refurbishments of kitchens, bathrooms, re roofs, re wires, painting and heating systems of domestic properties*Producing technical drawings, schedules of works, risk assessments and method statements *Project managing grounds maintenance programmes on block areas to improve the current service *Providing contract management and administration*Responsible for health and safety and contractors onsite*Representing the organisation and providing excellent customer service following company policy in regards to managing the customer *Facilitating aids and adaptations project work when required *Ad hoc stock condition survey and validation as required with HHSRS and RdSAP*Being involved in the organisations overall growth strategy and representing the company ethosIf you are looking for your next Permanent role and would like to be considered, apply now with your up to date CV or contact Mariella Cardy on for more information.
