Our solutions are widely used across every major UK healthcare setting, from primary and community care to high street pharmacies, secondary care and specialist services.Dedicated to creating and implementing innovative IT solutions, we’re giving healthcare professionals access to the information they need to provide better, faster and cheaper patient care.Your new roleOur Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for managing all enquiries, sales referrals and campaign leads relating to the on-boarding of new 3rd party EMIS partners who want to integrate with our EMIS web product. Youll work with various teams throughout the business including technical teams & contracts to successfully on-board new partners, enabling them to sell their products to our customers, which in turn will complement and enhance the core functionality of our products for our customers and increase our sales revenue.Individually youll be managing 50+ partners who will all be a various stages of the process, ensuring that key milestones and deadlines are met, all whilst providing excellent customer service. So, a key part of the role will be organisation as well as keeping an up to date knowledge of the health sector so you are able to identify opportunities to up & cross sell EMIS services.The team you’ll joinWeve been building our own ecosystem of healthcare technology providers for more than ten years, with more than 100 partners now accredited to the partner programme.Youll join a team of 5 within our office in Yeadon, Leeds and will be working alongside another BDE, as well as a Partners Account Executive, Technical Executive, Business Development support and reporting into our Commercial Financial Manager.What you’ll bringThese are the skills and experience you’ll need to set yourself up for success in this role, however we’d still love to talk to you even if you don’t tick all of them:
