Customer Service / Sales Co-ordinatorSalary: £25,200Location: Leeds (Yeadon) ! Immediate start available !

If you have answered yes to the above, then we want to hear from you!We have been tasked with finding a Customer Service/Sales Co-ordinator to deal with accepting and processing orders, co-ordinating enquired and order with various internal departments right the way through to product delivery.The opportunityAs one of the market leaders in their industry, this is an excellent time to join this ever-growing business who specialise in state-of-the-art packaging solutions. Having grown year on year their expansion has been organic and with new contracts being wonthe opportunity is fantastic to be part of this next phase of growth and really embed yourself within this award-winning business.The role will involve:
  • Ensure customer requirements are met within a professional, accurate and timely manner
  • Accept and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Raise customer estimates for commercial approval
  • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints
  • Make outbound telesales calls, based on the back of enquiries
  • Proactively manage the new business process (concept through to quotation)
  • Carry out general office administration tasks as required
  • Supply management information as requested
  • Work within and assist in sustaining a positive, continuously improving customer focused culture at the site
Our Ideal candidateAt this stage in your career, you will be well versed in dealing with inbound and outbound customer service, maintaining a customer first focus at all times. Needless to say, you will have the following:
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • An ability to multitask whilst remaining organised and efficient
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
