Fleet Support & Customer Service Coordinator Perm, £25k-£28k DOE, 45hrs per week, Mon-Fri, Days, Healthcare, Enhanced Holiday EntitlementYEADONInteraction Recruitment are looking for an experienced Fleet Support & Customer Service Coordinator to work for their client, a busy Distribution company based in Yeadon.Reporting to the Transport Manager, you be required to help support and coordinate transport operations, customers, fleet, and driver compliance and all the associated administration. The role will suit someone looking for progression and self-development,with recognised training courses, my client want you to grow with their company.Day to day duties within the role will include:-Fleet compliance - daily, weekly and monthly-Customer service rolesscreen emails and calls-Progress chasing and customer updates-Support of the planning team-Any Third-party issues including break downs and accidents-Damage control-On-site spare parts control-Updating all team members on issues and delays-Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and customers to always ensure smooth operations-Any other ad hoc duties that arise dailyDay to day duties within the role will include:-Experience working with in a transport environment/office is essential-The ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing operation-Good people and customer service skills-Great communication skills, working with Transport, Operations, and the Admin teams-Good PC skills and experience in a TMS, generating reports for the customer base and internal circulation, with the management of KPIs-The ability to problem-solve and the make evidence led decisions-Experience in ISO or BRC environments would be beneficialWorking 45hrs per week on the Day shift, depending on experience your salary will start between £25k to £28k pa.
