We need someone who has a desire to work hard and develop technically working in fast paced and fun insurance broking team. We needsomeone who wants to learn and develop and that wants to seize the opportunity to work in a vibrant office.BUThow will I be trained when I know nothing about insurance I hear you ask Dont worry about the training because thats what we do best. You will be developed in the role through on the job training as well as having access to our in-house Training Academy.In addition, on successful completion of your 6-month probationary period we will fund for you to study towards achieving your Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) which is a core qualification for insurance staff working across all sectors of our profession.What will you doAs a Broking Administrator you will be working alongside and supporting our Broker with administrative tasks as a starter for ten, this might include the inputting of client data, filing to obtaining online quotations. Over time you will be learning more andmore about the insurance market, building both internal and external relationships and becoming more involved in the technical aspects of an insurance broking role.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Plan & manage day to day administrative tasks to meet the deadlines set
  • Completing online quotations
  • Responding to Insurers queries
  • Liaising with Account Executives to ensure full and accurate information obtained
  • Updating computer records as required
  • Accurate checking of documentation
  • Building and maintaining effective professional relationships
