Job Description

I am working witha growing business based just south of Bristol. The role is a KPI & Reporting Manager and would suit people from a data/BI analyst background with experience of SQL and good Excel skills.Once established in the role there will be opportunityto help drive the business forward in terms of how they use their data and you will quickly become engaged with high level stakeholders across the business.Please note, this business does not offer visa sponsorship so you must have eligibility to work in UK.Salary - £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experienceBenefits - Company pension, cycle scheme, shopping vouchers, health plan etc.Location - Yatton(Please note, this is an ON SITE role. There is a degree of flexibility around hours but does not offer remote working, Please do not apply if you are unable to commute on a daily basis)Main Duties

  • Manage KPIs on an ongoing basis – covering service, production, and other operational metrics;
  • Proactively engage with different areas of the business to sponsor change and growth in line with company objectives;
  • Perform trending and critical analysis to highlight issues and draw possible conclusions as to their causes;
  • Aid process owners in the development of improvement plans;
  • Monitor and track improvement plans;
  • Support process owners in compliance with auditable functions through monitoring, liaison and follow up, including H&S and BSI;
  • Liaise with process owners and IT to reconcile data sources in order to ensure integrity of reports;
  • Analyse user’s reporting requirements;
  • Develop report layout and work with IT to populate with data;
  • Design ad hoc reports as required, maintaining consistent company formatting;
  • Produce periodic reports as defined by the Management Team to include daily, weekly, monthly statistics, KPIs and progress reports;
  • Produce regular reporting in accepted group format and assist in inter group data submission to meet certification requirements;
  • Analyse reports and draw key insights that are reviewed by management weekly;
  • Identify and initiating changes in reports to keep pace with an ever-changing environment while maintaining deadlines;
  • Work with finance team to ensure data sources and metrics used for reporting are consistent & robust;
  • Monitoring of complaints and feedback to customer services manager
Competencies
  • Experience with SQL
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting and visualization tools MS Excel, Pivot Tables, V- Look up, MS Power BI, PowerPoint
  • Strong familiarity with data preparation, processing, classification, and forecasting
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Problem solving skills
