SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Yardley who are looking for a Marketing and Web Design Assistant to join the team Office based - 37.5 hours a week c£30,000 Duties: - Managing Trustpilot and responding to complaints/reviews - Manage product listings on website through an ERB platform - Preparing, designing and managing email campaigns through Klayvio - Designing point of sale for products / product ranges - Scheduling daily social media content - Designing ads alongside external social media agency - Liaising with TV producers and publications to plan joint marketing campaigns - Planning marketing campaigns - Manage social media accounts hourly - messaging, engagement, stories - Design content to accompany marketing campaigns - Provide marketing materials to retailers (images, POS, etc.) - Work closely with sales team and production to ensure campaigns are supported and successful - Integrate new and in demand technologies into the website - Work with management team to plan and develop campaigns for trade shows - Engage with social media influencers to provide content, both free and paid - Photography and videography for product ranges - Oversee photoshoots to ensure the direction is in line with what the brands looking for - Manage a shared dropbox for retailers - Create content using Adobe suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and Premier Pro. - Work to brand guidelines ensuring message is consistent
