Head Cook – Residential Home – Yardley – £11.75 per hour – full or part time (41.5 hours or 20.75 hours per week)An opportunity has arisen for a Head Cook to hit the ground running manage the catering operation within a residential care home.You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the kitchen including, health & hygiene, temperature checks, ordering stock and ensuring the kitchen complies with Environment Health. You will have experience in preparing nutritious meals using freshingredients to the residents on a daily basis to a very high standard as well as a strong understanding various dietary requirements you would expect from within a care home. Experience in IDSSI is desirable.My client is looking for an experienced cook with previous supervisory experience within a care/residential home with relevant cooking experience.This role is subject to a DBS check and references.If you have the relevant experience and are interested in this position, please email your CV to
