Job Description

Due to exceptional growth, T&K Associates are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to join our Client on a temporary to permanent basis in Swadlincote.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team on a long-term basis with plenty of overtime on offer.Machine Operative Job Details;

£12.50 p/h to start with the potential to rise to £14 p/h based on performance
Plenty of overtime opportunities available paid at premium rates
Monday to Thursday 7am-5pm & Friday 7am-4pm
Saturday overtime 6am-2pm
Company pension scheme
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Temporary to Permanent
Free parking

Machine Operative Role & Responsibilities include;

Loading the product onto the machine
Making product as per specifications
Quality Checking goods
Changing components
General housekeeping
Working within a team
Maintaining Health & Safety
All other associated tasks as required

Machine Operative Person Specification;

Previous factory / machine experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail
Happy to complete repetitive duties
A good team player
Able to follow instructions with good communication skills
