Are you a competent design engineer with a background working within a sheet metal manufacturing environmentAre you competent working with 3D CAD packagesIf so then please read on!The basicsLocation: Swadlincote Job Title: CAD Engineer sheet metalHours Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-4:30pmSalary: £28,000-£30,000Holidays: 34 daysOverview:Designing sheet metal bespoke products we now require a CAD Engineer to manage the process from concept to completion in this large manufacturer. Working with 3D modelling software you will be tasked to assist on a number of designs and projects.The ideal CAD Engineer sheet metal will have as many of the following in order to strengthen application:-Sheet metal design experience-Competent working with 3D CAD software all packages considered-Experience in managing projects from start to finish-Strong mechanical engineering understanding and appreciation Brief overview of dutiesLiaising with various departments in order to manage the design project from start to finishDesign of components using Inventor 3DPlan and source required elements to aid the project/design Location: Swadlincote, Commutable from: Coalville, Ashby De La Zouch, Swadlincote, Burton, Leicester and surrounding areasIf you are interested in the CAD Engineer sheet metal role, please apply immediately due to the urgency of this role.
