Job Description

My client is a new organisation focusing on domiciliary care for elderly and complex needs clients. Looking for a deputy manager who wants to take that step or an experienced registered manager.Key Responsibilities of a Domiciliary Care Manager:

To assist with recruitment of carers for the company
To market and advertise the business in the private sector
Work closely with the local authorities
Heavily involved in the recruitment of the business

Domiciliary Care Manager Requirements:

Already has or working towards NVQ Level 5
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
Experience in dealing with CQC
Personable
A leader rather than a manager
