Job Description

Currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Role for my client based in Sheffield S13To deal with customer enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, whilst following company procedures. To give world class levels of customer serviceDuties and Responsibilities

Deal with inbound & outbound phone calls.

Salesforce system and emails on a daily basis

Sales order processing

Quotations

After-sales

To deliver exceptional customer service, both verbal and written on every interaction with the customer.

To follow company processes & procedures

To identify sales opportunities within customer queries & quotes

To make outbound calls to customers notifying them of failure dates

To be positive, enthusiastic, interested & professional in all customer communication.

To escalate customer dissatisfaction to your Direct Manager if necessary

To work collaboratively with your colleagues and support in any activity to benefit the customer

Essential Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role dealing with a high volume of work

A passion for customer service

Familiar with working in a target driven environment

Experience of seeking solutions for customers
