Job Title: Team Leader Salary range: £25686.72 to £25686.72Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands Contract Type: Permanent Therapeutic Children’s Home based close to Wolverhampton is looking for a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker to become part of their growing team.My client is an intensive trauma informed therapeutic service for children and young people who have suffered developmental trauma, neglect and disrupted attachment, they provide short- and long-term residential services for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, in a therapeutic homely environment.Do you hold QCF/NVQ 3 in Care (preferably children and young people) or equivalentDo you have a sound knowledge of childcare and child development, developed through working directly with children and young peopleCan you actively listen, articulate, encourage openness, clearly set expectations, and ensure the message is understoodDo you have the relevant experience of working with young people in a residential care settingDo you have good working knowledge and understanding of current child care legislationDo you have a full UK Driving LicenseIf you have the above and would like to discuss this role in more detail please contact Donna Morgan urgently on or alternatively email your CV to
