Job Description

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor to join their Sales Team. You will be responsible for ensuring first-class customer service and generating leads for the existing sales team.Ideal role for someone looking to take their first steps in a sales environment, also offering career progression into Sales or Transport/Distribution for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:-

  • Informing customers of deliveries
  • Inputting customer purchase orders
  • Generating new tenders
  • Introduction Letters (sending out introduction flyers and merchandise)
  • Reporting (collating management information)
  • Identifying/researching new companie
  • Arranging supplier and customer meetings for sales representatives (where you will also attend to build a relationship)
