Benefits include free meals, free hot and cold drinks, overtime (x1.5) and annual bonus!!This is permanent position with a salary of £20,252 perannum(rising to £21,900 after3 months) working day shift Monday to Friday8.00am-4.30pm plus regular overtime (x1.5)As Warehouse Operative, you will be reporting to the Section Leader and be part of a team of 32 people in the warehouse. You will carry out general warehouse duties, provide reliable stock management and inventory control and deal with goods coming into the warehouse or stock room.The role will involve picking stock, checking for damaged or missing items, labelling stock, and moving stock around by hand or FLT (Reach truck). You will collate and process order sheets for incoming and outgoing goods as well as process orders ensuring they are picked and packed accurately.We would be keen to hear from applicants with previous warehouse and stock control experience, with a strong work ethic. You will be enthusiastic, methodical in your approach and have basic IT skills.
