They support communities so they are strong enough to shape their own destiny and everyone can reach their potential.About the roleThe successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the Trust premises as well as ensuring a welcoming, safe environment for tenants and visitors.Some of your duties will include locking and unlocking of Trust premises; security checks; assisting with meeting/conference set-up, clear down and service; Grounds maintenance, including landscaped areas, pond and car parks; dealing with contractors and suppliers as an when required; and carrying out general maintenance, repairs and decorating.About youThey are seeking someone who has experience in providing general maintenance & repairs whilst prioritising tasks so deadlines are met. You will have knowledge of health & safety good practice as well as understanding of manual handling safe practice.
