Job Description

Job title: Chef SupervisorSalary: £19,578 pro rata per annum Hours: Minimum 25 hours. You will be employed on a flexible contract and will be expected to work additional hours. These flexible hours will be agreed by your manager, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice given prior to any additional hours being worked. Flexible additional hours combined with your core hours will be no more than 37 hours in any one week. Covering two sister sites and areas of operation, including catering services for meetings and events held at both.About youThe role requires an innovative, creative and entrepreneurial approach to their menu offering and service delivery, combining general catering duties that include: a wide range of cooking techniques; participation in strategic development; support with staff management functions and stock control.The ability to lead an effective catering provision in a fast moving environment is essential. This role is part of a wider team whose focus includes the improvement and smooth operation of their catering services to ensure successful development. Most importantly, you’ll be keen to get stuck in with a great team. Having a good work ethic is essential.In return they offer;
