Seven Criminal Justice are looking for an Operations Manager, for a Youth Offending Service in the Berkshire area.The roleAs the Operations Manager you will beresponsible for the day to day operational management of the multi-agency Youth Offending Service in accordance with Council policies, procedures and national service standards.You will advise the Programme Director (SMG) and inform senior management of serious incidents and to take an active role in the management of risk.You will assist the Assistance Director Youth Justice and Partnerships, with the development and delivery of the Youth Justice and YOS Improvement Plans in partnership with other agencies.Experience:This client demands that applicants have UK experience in order of gaining success in this role, with experience in the Youth Justice or Youth Offending sector.Compliance: Proof to live and work in the UK.
