You will lead and mentor your team, ensuring SLAs and industry and compliance standards aremet. You will work with senior management to improve processes, building a strong and productive team.You will be responsible for periodic one-to-one’s with the team, identifying areas for improvement and supporting the individual through this.Continuously working to improve customer satisfaction, identifying and resolving issues, improving response and resolution times. You will lead your team by example - learning about the industry and helping to develop their knowledge.Our client offers a team-oriented environment in lovely offices in central Windsor - parking is provided.
