A fantastic opportunity for a B2B Tech - Demand Generation & Digital Marketing enthusiast to join a dynamic and fast growing organisation and take ownership of Demand Generation and Digital Marketing campaigns for cutting edge, high growth and innovative technology platforms (Salesforce / Big Data / MuleSoft).You will work as part of the dedicated in-house marketing team for a global IT Service and Consulting company, owning the Demand Generation and Digital Campaigns to build the inbound sales pipeline whilst being an integral part of the B2B technology digital marketing activities - so you will need to be the type of person who loves to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in! :)WHISHWORKS is a leading, boutique IT services and consulting company with a global presence, specialising in accelerating business outcomes through digital enablement, seamless connectivity and data transformation.With a world-wide reach, a booming business and a great working environment, the company is looking to add a digitally savvy, hands-on, and results oriented Digital Marketing - Demand Generation Specialist to the team.As a B2B Tech Demand Generation specialist, you know what is required - but in this role you will be directly rewarded for the results you achieve with an outcome based bonus.Success will be measured by the ability to contribute directly to the sales pipeline through creative, insight and data driven demand generation strategies.So if you are an agency side Demand Gen specialist looking to go client side OR already working in-house in the Technology sector, this role would offer you the chance to take ownership and apply your own flair in an environment that values innovation and creativity.Responsibilities:

  • Own strategy, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across multiple channels such as email, webinar, paid, social, search, and more to generate pipeline.
  • Suggest and implement website optimisations, landing page development, paid campaigns, inbound and outbound marketing efforts, and more.
  • Find creative ways to reach potential customers and be the secret sauce to our growth.
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing workflows.
  • Implement testing across channels to understand what works and what could be made more efficient.
  • Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to
  • opportunities.
  • Carry lead generation targets and report on progress against those targets on a
  • consistent basis.
  • Develop sales enablement tools in support of marketing initiatives.
  • Educate sales team on lead routing and process; track lead follow-up and response, track Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), continuously measuring program performance and lead quality.
  • Develop assets and content to leverage towards demand generation campaigns with an eye for detail.
  • Connect internally with various teams to source expert input and content.
  • Provide support as required across marketing initiatives including events, product launches, internal communications, branding etc.
