Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service administrator to join WTW one of the leading insurance risk and consulting firms. Within this role you will build and maintain an excellent rapport with a portfolio of clients whilst also being able to furtherdevelop your customer service skills, policy administration and insurance knowledge. Day to day responsibilities include the administration of Group Risk schemes, handling and resolving client queries and liaising with insurers and colleagues.What can we offer youFull training is provided including new starter induction and further training thereafter.   • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via the telephone, letter, and email.
  • Maintain client records on the database to ensure it is kept up to date and accurate.
  • Assist clients with claims administration and processing.
  • Be the day-to-day point of contact for clients; resolving queries, providing support and liaising with insurers.
  • Participate in client meetings (virtual or in person) alongside the sales consultant/account manager, as required.
  • Monitor own workflow to ensure service levels are achieved.
  • Attend regular training to maintain insurer product knowledge.
