Our unique perspective allows us to see the critical intersectionsbetween talent, assets and ideasthe dynamic formula that drives business performance.The RoleThe Company Insight Researcher is a pivotal role in the Contact Management Team working with the Employee Benefits team.The Researcher ensures that Sales & Marketing activity is delivered to the right audience and the right time with the most appropriate message.The Company Insight Researcher will be responsible for ensuring that the CRM system used by the Employee Benefits Team is up to date with correct contact details and products purchased by the businesses in the CRM as well as noting any existing links to otherparts of Willis Towers Watson.Key elements of this role include:

Cleanse of duplicated data between prospect pools
Data management in the Wincham CRM system on an ongoing basis by monitoring of dashboards to identify errors and duplications
Outbound telephone calls to lead data in order to research products and services used by businesses of interest to the Willis Towers Watson.
Appending and updating compliance information to ensure that appropriate Know Your Customer information is up to date.
Grow and develop the CRM to provide new prospect data for Marketing, Contact Management team and Sales activity.

The RequirementsImportant Skills for the role include;

Excellent communicator and ability to converse at all levels
Outgoing and chatty personality, somebody who enjoys talking to people
Strong written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft applications
Ability to use a database, preferably previous use of Dynamics CRM
A high level of accuracy & attention to detail
Problem solving mindset
Desire to learn and develop
