We are seeking a Quality and Operations Manager to oversee electrical and mechanical safety training for our client based in Wilton. With motivation and vision, you will strengthen and improve delivery of specialised training applicable to land-based andmarine/offshore wind turbine and electric-hybrid industries.Reporting to the Director, you will work 37.5 hours a week in this full-time permanent position, receiving a competitive salary and company benefits.Responsibilities:* Understanding, reviewing and auditing high and low voltage training programmes encompassing assessments, PowerPoint presentations, lesson plans and exercises* Reviewing and updating course material guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, quality assurance and policy compliance* Managing the lecturing team daily ensuring a high standard of training programme delivery* Developing team training opportunities to expand existing and new lecturers capabilities* Multi-tasking to simultaneously manage numerous course audits and achieve deadlines, providing feedback to the lecturing team* Conducting staff appraisals and recording outcomes* Reporting regularly to management and attending progress meetings* Complying with and promoting health safety and environmental legislationRequirements:* Thorough knowledge and experience of maintaining and operating industrial high and low voltage systems and voltage switching authorisation and safety documentation* Experience and knowledge of protection of electrical power systems* Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential* Ability to work with minimal supervision in a vibrant and reactive environment* Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to explain concepts conciselyIf you have the experience, understanding and perception to be a Quality and Operations Manager, please submit your CV for consideration.
