Ensuring all planning and scheduling activities are undertaken safely in alignment with best practice. Utilising best available planning techniques, whilst also ensuring opportunitiesare identified to continuingly improve the department.Manage a multi-discipline planning department that takes accountability for all planned, predictive and corrective maintenance activities, with the requirement to manage small scale projects as a when required. Nurture and develop the team to deliver a safe,reliable and efficient service.Effectively manage the planning stages of all preventative maintenance activities to ensure compliance is maintained at all times with regards to current legislation (PSSR, LOLER, DSEAR, SIL, Environmental). Driving performance against departmental KPIs.Designated SAP super user for the UK maintenance department, playing a key role in the development of the team to ensure the CMMS system is fully utilised.Key Responsibilities
